**All eligible purchases made prior to 8/19 have until 9/2 to be returned for a credit back to the original form of payment.

*Due to Covid-19, orders may encounter delays for Ground and Express shipping options starting March 26th, 2020.

Taryn Rose is pleased to offer free ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States on all orders. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. 2nd day shipping is available on all orders for $15 flat rate. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. To avoid damage, we recommend trying footwear on carpeted areas. Taryn Rose reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns of damaged or worn items.

Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit. Taryn Rose is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.

Please Note: Final Sale merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To process your free return:

If you have an account, you can start your online return by signing in, navigating to your order history and selecting “Return” for the order you would like to return.

For customers without an account, simply follow the link below then follow the on-screen prompts.

After you finish your online return, you'll receive an email with a pre-paid return label that can be used to ship your item(s) back to us. Please pack your item(s) in a box, affix the pre-paid return label and drop your package off at any UPS Location.

If you opt to not use our free prepaid UPS shipping, your return charges must be prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

Please keep a copy of your return tracking number so you can stay informed of its progress.


During your Returns process, select the item you're sending back. You'll be prompted to select a new size or color. Print your return label and mail back the original item, and we'll ship the new item to you right away.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are permitted only when an item has been marked down. The price adjustment must be made within 14 days of the purchase. The item and original receipt must accompany the request.
